Kriti Bharti (29 Year) is a Rehabilitation Psychologist and Managing Trustee of Saarthi Trust. Kriti’s childhood was very struggling. Her father has abandoned her before her birth. Her relative does not accepted her and abused her in a various ways. She was even poisoned when she was around 10 year old which results a break in her studies. She fought with all the odds and continued her studies. Now she is pursuing her Ph.D on Children in Need of Care and Protection. During her studies in college she had started working on social issues like counseling of rape victims and others.

Kriti Bharti has taken the first revolutionary step at the age of 12 when she had changed her surname with “Bharti”. It depicts that She is a “Daughter of India” and do not believe in any caste system and religion. She is now counseling her children to think above the casteism and they are using “Saarthi” as their surnames by their own wish. After working with many Non Profit organizations and needy category Kriti had started her own organization Saarthi Trust so that she could reach to the root level and can change the scenario. Kriti has established Saarthi Trust with the dream of rehabilitation of vulnerable to the extent. Fortunately, in the first month of establishing, Saarthi Trust has made history by annulling the first ever child marriage in India. Kriti is the first person in India who has annulled the First Child Marriage in India. This deed is also recognized by Limca Book of Records in their special edition of 2013 and included in the syllabus of 11th and 12th std.of CBSE Board. Despites of Death threats and attacks she has successfully annulled 31 child marriage annulments which are only done by her in India. Also she had stopped hundreds of child marriages till date. In her continuous journey of rehabilitation she had rehabilitated more than 6000 children and around 5500 women to the extent. Recently Kriti entered in World Records for annulling 2 Child marriages of minor pairs in a same day and just within 3 days of court proccedings. Along with the issue of child marriage, Ms. Kriti has worked with the victims of child labour, sexual offences, prisoner women, slum girls and other child and women protected issues.

Ms. Kriti is honored with numerous prestigious National and International awards. She is the recipient of Marwar Ratna, Mewar Ratna, and Women of the Future Award by Government of Rajasthan and many more awards and praise. In November 2015 Kriti was selected to represent India in Trust Women Conference at London by Thomson Reuters Foundation. Kriti is recently included in 100 Inspirational women by BBC Hindi.

Mrs. Kavita Pareek has done her Ph.D. in Economics.She is working as a Lecturer in M.L.V. Mahila Ashram College, Bhilwara, Rajasthan. She is a well known figure of the society. She is involved in many social organizations and facilitating the society in various manner. She is much concern on women issues such as Domestic Violence, Sexual Offences etc. She wants to protects every needy from the exploitation.For the establishment of this, she always finds time from her daily routine life.
Her Aim of joining "Saarthi" is to be a part of that Non-Profit Organization which is aiming for the last level of rehabilitation of every needy person.
